Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity in the Leicestershire area. The successful candidate will have great work ethic and be willing to learn new things within there role, as this position is extremely varied and for someone who like working on different things day to day.
If you have experience within Administration/HR/Finance and looking for a role where you can utilise all of your skills then this may be the perfect role for you!
This varied role will predominantly be HR/Admin based however someone with experience with Puchase Ledger and processing invoices is desirable. The role itself will be part time hours and paying up to 15k for roughly 25 hours per week.
The day to day tasks will include but not limited to;
- Authorise Invoices
- BACS Payments
- Code invoices to nominal account
- Petty cash
- Letter offers
- Interview scheduling
- Job Descriptions
- Employee contracts
- Collate CV's
- Advertise jobs
- Update DBS files
- DBS Applications
+ Adhoc duties as and when required.
