Robert Half Financial Services are recruiting for a newly qualified Associate for a boutique real estate private equity firm based in the West End of London. This is ideal for someone looking to leave practice for a more commercial, business-centric position whist still using the technical experience gained from audit. The role is split i 50:50; half of the time is going to be assisting the CFO with internal reporting as well as managing the external accountants and administrators, reviewing and signing off their work (no bookkeeping or journal posting is done in-house). The other half is going to be working with the investment team on financial modelling and transactions.
The successful Associate for this West End based Real Estate Private Equity firm will be a recently qualified ACA from a top 10 practice. Ideally, the associate will have audited Financial Services or Real Estate firms or will have strong modelling experience.
My client is a Private Equity firm that invests in commercial real estate, with a keen focus on distressed and value add investments, primarily across the business space and urban logistics segments. The team consists of about 10 people, most of whom are very experienced and incredibly high-calibre individuals. In the last 18 months they've experienced tremendous growth having taken their AUM from £300m to £700m.
Salary & Benefits
The Associate at this Real Estate Private Equity firm will receive a salary of £50,000-55,000 dependent on experience plus a discretionary bonus and benefits package.
