This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced security architect to own the security architecture of global market leader across all IT domains. As the successful candidate you will lead a team and take overall responsibility for the design and build of security architecture, making recommendations that drive global strategy and managing the implementation of new technologies and processes in line with best practice. A selection of your key duties will be to develop and manage the information security architecture function to support new development and technology innovation efforts into the enterprise, as well as define enterprise security architecture standards and roadmaps. Help solve key business security risks and develop fact based, quantitative analysis to support business decisions. Review and assess requests that deviate from the published technical security strategies, policies and standards. Build and subsequently maintaining capability and technology roadmaps that define how Security-centric platforms and working practices are kept up to date providing maximum productivity and cost effectiveness.
To be considered you will be able to demonstrate extensive experience within Security Architecture, a SABSA certification would be very beneficial. You will have strong knowledge of common information security management frameworks, Cyber security strategy and roadmap development and implementation, IT / Cyber Security architecture and engineering and Information Security Reporting and Metrics. It is essential that you are able to demonstrate a high level of energy, a willingness to hit the ground running and really make difference. Previous experience within a consulting company would be beneficial, but experience managing multiple projects and competing agendas is key.
