Robert Half are recruiting for a Fund Accountant to join an award winning property Investment Management firm in Central London. The Fund Accountant is a wide ranging position covering a number of functions in a small team and requires an individual who is flexible, hardworking and willing to undertake a varied level of tasks. The team manage the accounting and administration for an authorised OEIC which has four sub funds, three being property funds (operating under the Property Authorised Investment Fund tax regime) and a securities fund.The role will include liaising with major stakeholders, senior management, the fund depositary, custodian, board and external auditors.
The ideal candidate for the Fund Accountant role at this property focused Investment Management firm will be newly qualified or finalist level ACA or ACCA. Strong experience of preparing financial statements is a must and ideally the Fund Accountant will come from a property, financial services or managing agent business. Above all, the successful fund accountant will will be a team player with strong communication skills.

Salary & Benefits
The successful Fund Accountant will receive a basic salary of c.£50,000 plus competitive discretionary bonus and benefits package.
