We have available a HR Manager position to head up and manage the strategy and HR operations of a long established Not for Profit based in London. This is a permanent opportunity offering a starting salary of £40,800.

Role

  • HR Manager
  • Management of the HR and Payroll Administrator
  • Strategic Business Partner to deliver the Human Resources function
  • Drive business performance
  • Manage employee relations cases
  • Oversea the delivery of the Learning and Development function
  • Provide proactive HR Generalist service

Profile

  • CIPD qualification beneficial
  • Experienced HR Manager
  • Similar Not for Profit or Charity background beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills
