Description

Robert Half have an exciting Office Manager position available for an ambitious individual, to join a fin tech business based near the City of London.

The Role :

  • Coordinate all office activities to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Booking travel arrangments
  • Manage phone calls to gate keep
  • Supporting budgeting and book keeping and ensuring smooth running of the office
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel information
  • Assisting HR team with all basic HR tasks
  • Tracking all office supplies
  • Liaising with suppliers

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an Office Manager type position
  • A passion for support
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures
