Description

Robert Half OfficeTeam have an exciting opportunity for a corporate Receptionist to join a Finance company based in the heart of London. This is a permanent position and will require flexibility for shift work - 7am-3pm or 10:30am-6:30pm

THE OPPORTUNITY

- To join a leading financial, corporate business based in the heart of London

- Permanent position, joining a team of fantastic receptionists

- Working with leading clients on events management

- Shift work 7am - 3pm or 10.30am- 6.30pm

THE ROLE

- Sitting along with a team of receptionists, you are first point of contact for all visitors

- Answer and transfer all calls

- Order lunches / refreshments when necessary

- Setting up rooms with audio and visual equipment

- Cover office assistants duties, eg administration, distribution of post

PERSON SPECIFICATION

- 1 years experience in a similar role

- A proven record of outstanding customer service

- Someone who enjoys working within a team

- Driven and ambitious individual
