Are you a hands on IT Manager with a passion for technology? Can you demonstrate a track record of delivering high profile IT projects in a complex environment? Would you like to join a fast paced international business? Do you have experience leading small team whilst still having an exceptional technical knowledge? Due to continued growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious candidate to play a key role in the delivery of IT Services within a high profile business. As the successful applicant you will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals and be held accountable for ensuring they have the necessary support, escalation point and resources to deliver superior quality network engineering, systems administration and desktop support to our customers, staff and corporate decision makers. Will be responsible for the planning and execution of projects, maintenance, office moves, network migrations etc. You will lead or co-lead various IT projects and be responsible for requirement analysis, system design, implementation and documentation as well as configuration for Microsoft Windows Network and Exchange organisation.
To be considered you will be able to demonstrate previous experience leading multi phase IT projects, including accountability for all aspects of budget and resource management and experience leading a team of IT professionals to accomplish goals and deliver projects defined by the organisation's senior management team. A solid understanding of network security principles and ideally prior experience working as a systems administrator, network engineer or desktop support technician alongside a strong understanding experience with Active Directory and Group Policy. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a pro-active and no job to big or small approach to your job combined with a strong work ethic.
