OfficeTeam has an exciting temporary Team Assistant role to start immediately within Financial Services based in the City. This role offers between £15-£17/hour dependent on experience.

The Role

OfficeTeam is looking for an experienced Team Assistant to start immediately within financial services based in the City. You will be providing full administrative support including answering phones and dealing with emails, booking travel, processing expenses, photocopying and scanning, filing, sending and receiving post, dealing with enquiries and data entry. OfficeTeams ideal candidate will have previous team administration experience within a professional environment. You must be a highly organised, team player with a strong work ethic and be able to work effectively to ensure good communication with managers and colleagues. If you are an experienced Team Assistant with sound experience with in a similar company, and are highly skilled in MS Office including Word and Excel, please contact OfficeTeams temporary division for more information.
