Our client based near to Luton are currently in need of a fixed asset assistant on a 12 month contract on a part-time basis.
The role includes the following day to day responsibilities:
-Maintenance of fixed asset register
-Transfer of capexes to fixed asset ledger
-Processing and coding of invoices
-Assisting finance manager with ad-hoc requirements
-Preparation of month end bank reconciliations
-Posting monthly cost journals
The successful candidate will hold experience in one of the following areas: Fixed asset management, Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.
Additionally, a confidence with Microsoft Excel functions such as V Lookups, Pivot Tables and Sum Ifs is considered advantageous.
This is a part-time role at 22.5 hours per week which is flexible on when worked.
The company is a leisure and hospitality business based near to Luton. Parking is free, and the company holds a great reputation for low staff turnover and positive internal relationships.
Salary & Benefits
22k equivalent FTE pro-rata'd to 22.5 hours per week.
