An exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Group Reporting Manager to join our client in Luton on a 6 month contract with the potential to extend. Our client would be prepared to wait until September for the right candidate.
Preparation of Group consolidated interim and full year financial results
Monthly consolidation of companies, review of group actual figures including variances to budgets / forecasts, updating intercompany matrix and FX reserves.
Manage the statutory accounts process for UK based business units
Support the transition to any new accounting requirements, including the training of finance/non-finance personnel
Maintain the Group's Finance Policies and Procedures Manual
Act as contact for business units for technical accounting guidance
Liaise with the Group's external auditors
Liaising with Group treasury and tax on interim and year-end tax and treasury disclosures
Fully qualified accountant with strong technical background
Highly organised and capable of working to tight deadlines
Strong communication skills - both written and oral
Previous experience of Group consolidation work
£450 - 500 day rate LTD or umbrella
The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
