Description :

You will receive a salary of up to £19000 per annum as well as being part of a fantastic team who offer opportunities to develop your existing skills. Full AAT Study Support is offered and you will be part of a business who encourage the growth and development of their staff

Key Responsibilities:

 Inputting invoices and debit notes and bank payments

 Timely and accurate processing and coding of purchase ledger invoices

 Stock invoice matching

 Bank payments posted to ledger

 Weekly bank reconciliations

 Management of the purchase order system

 Allocating and matching supplier accounts

 Preparation of journals including prepayments and accruals

 Ensuring accurate recordings of all general ledger

Your Profile:

 Professional

 Good communicator

 Hard working

 Accurate

 Problem solving

 Attention to detail

 Supportive to other team members, and support to management accountants

 Strong excel skills including pivot tables and V-Look Ups

6+ months finance experience
