Robert Half is currently working on an exciting Bookkeeping position within a sports orientated start up. This is an ideal opportunity for a football mad candidate to join the growing team.
This is a permanent Bookkeeping position based in Manchester City Centre. The main responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and running Payroll
- Journal entries
- Preparing trial balances
- Bank recs
- Cash flow statements
- Paying accounts on behalf of the organisation
- Tax returns
- Preparing financial reports
- Issuing invoices
- General admin duties such as bookings/ reservations, data entry and filing
The business is currently looking to bring in an ERP system, if you have experience with implementing an ERP system within an SME that would be highly advantageous.
This opportunity is a great position for a candidate interested in football as the business is a sports orientated firm.
The ideal candidate will display the following skills:
- Analytical skills
- Problem solving skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- 3 years + experience
- Switched on
This is a sports start up with big growth plans. Currently a team of 6 and looking to add to the team an experienced bookkeeper.
Salary & Benefits
The salary on offer for this role is up to £30k for the right candidate. The business is based in the city centre so parking is not available on site, however excellent transport links.
