OfficeTeam are currently recruiting for 4 x Customer Service Assistants based just outside Manchester city centre. These are temporary roles for approximately 3 months.
Role - Customer Service Assistant
Working for a further education college you will be responsible for calling qualified host families regarding student residence during their 2019/2020 education.
Duties will include:
- Outbound calls to experienced host families, qualifying interest for next years intake
- Outbound calls to new host families who have previously logged details and enquired regarding student placements
- Organising visits with new host families
- Data entry and full database management
Hours of work 11am - 7.30pm. Flexible to work weekends, approximately 1 per month. 5 days per week.
As a customer service advisor you will have excellent interpersonal skills and have experience of working on the phone in a non scripted environment. You will have excellent organisational skills and be able to multi task across duties. You will be a confident person with a natural persuasive manor.
Our client is a further educational provider based just outside the city centre.
Salary & Benefits
£8.50 per hour + holiday pay. Free parking.
