OfficeTeam are currently recruiting for an Experienced Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant to help support a 12 month matentiy cover. Based Manchester City Centre.
Our client works within Events and Hospitality, they are an ambitious company who work hard to deliver excellent experiences for there clients. This is a fast paced and fun working environment.
Role - Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant
With a prime focus on supporting the CEO you will also provide support where required to the Board of Directors.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Minute taking
- Extensive Event Management
- Diary Management/ Travel and Accomadation
- Management of internal Training days
- Support for the Marketing team - Presentations, gathering management information etc
- Basic Office Management
This is a managed owned business, and as such would suit someone from a small company, but with a very busy background.
Salary & Benefits
The PA/EA role pays £30,00 per year. This is initially a 12 month FTC, as an organisation they are rapidly changing, there is a high chance the right candidate will be offered a permanent contract at the end.
Hours of work: 8am - 5.30pm. Bi-Weekly board meetings requiring a 6.45am start.
