Robert Half Finance and Accounting is seeking a proactive, driven Payroll Specialist to join an expanding Payroll team with a globally recognised business in Buckinghamshire.
The successful candidate will provide full functional payroll support for the allocated EMEA payrolls, ensuring they are processed accurately and on-time. They will ensure statutory compliance within their assigned EMEA countries are being adhered to and provide updates of legislative changes. They will ensure processing, payments and reporting deadlines are being met in a timely and accurate manner. They will also provide support to the Associate Director for Payroll to promote and implement process excellence and initiatives that will attract, motivate and retain talented and diverse employees across EMEA.
The successful Payroll Specialist should have at least three to five years experience of working within an EMEA Payroll environment.
Based at the UK head office of a leading global software business, you will be working within a busy & dynamic Finance & Accounting function.
