Robert Half are currently recruiting for a part time Accounts Assistant to fulfil a 3 month temporary assignment for a client of ours based in Milton Keynes.
The responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to:
- Resolving purchase ledger queries.
- Scanning and booking invoices on to the SAP system.
- Liaising with internal staff.
- Approve and process the daily payment run.
- Dealing with suppliers
- Reconcile the supplier statements at month end
- Process staff expense claims.
- Produce pre-payments.
- Ad hoc work to involve balance sheet reconciliations.
Previous experience in a similar role and high attention to details are a must.
The company are looking for someone to join them on a part time basis for up to 25 hours per week.
Salary & Benefits
Robert Half can pay up to £12p/h+ holiday depending upon experience.
