As an administration superstar you will be a master of multitasking and be able to hit the ground running. This is a broad and varied role in which you will be assisting with the day to day running of the business. Tasks will involve but not be limited to -
- Answering phone calls
- Diary management
- Sorting post
- Ordering office stationery supplies
- Greeting clients
- Managing diaries
The perfect person for this role would be professional and a great communicator. Have due diligence, great organisation skills and fantastic time management. Hold strong numeracy & Literacy skills as well as being PC literate. Be able to work as part of a team and independently.
