Business Support Assistant
Up to £27,000
You will have experience working for a small business in a general support role, assisting numerous departments including; Senior Management, Finance, Sales and the Warehouse team. You will be responsible for all office support including; Administration, Customer Service, Reception and PA duties.
You must be highly organised, confident and proactive. This role is broad and varied and requires someone who is comfortable with taking on additional responsibilities. Ad-hoc tasks will depend on the current and future needs of the business.
You will have excellent attention to detail and must be a clear communicator. Senior management should feel like they can trust you to prioritise and complete tasks with little support.
You will be the first point of contact for customers so must provide a high level of service at all times. You will be responsible for data entry on the in-house system and filing to maintain office paperwork/ records. You will be accountable for diary management and will help organise regular exhibitions. Additionally, you will assist with deliveries and will look after office supplies.
