As the successful candidate you will be tasked with managing and maintaining infrastructure services across the global infrastructure landscape as well as being accountable for enhancing the IT infrastructure service alongside service delivery and cost recovery. A selection of your key responsibilities will be to understands IT service cost drivers and connect cost of service to consumption drivers and set pricing for services based on an understanding of the benchmark service level and price for service in the industry. Guide continuous improvement efforts for the IT service delivery Promote a culture of innovation. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement within role, processes, team and the IT organisation as a whole. Ensure quality of service and support is designed into all infrastructure solutions and appropriate support models are in place. Own process management and service level agreement reporting for all IT teams, ensuring consistent work and appropriate measures.
To be considered you will be able to demonstrate experience of working in a complex global IT Environment which is undergoing or has undergone a significant period of change, you will have experience working with Tier 1 & 2 IT outsource providers, it is essential that you are able to communicate and build relationships outside the IT function and fosters a collaborative working relationship with various stakeholders, can demonstrate robust experience across IT service pricing, business case development, and account management with a strong working knowledge of effective vendor management and IT continuity management.
