Robert Half are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Manager for a dynamic manufacturing organisation based in Newport.
The HR Manager will be responsible for the overall administration and coordination of the human resource and administration function for the and staff currently based in our European locations. The HR Manager will report to the Director of HR, and will work closely with all of the HR, Finance and Admin teams in overseeing, managing and assisting with Recruitment, Employee Onboarding & Offboarding, Payroll and Benefits, Management of Employee data in HR Systems, Employment Law & Compliance, Immigration and additional Administration functions as required. The individual in this role must be proactive, possess excellent organizational skills, must be an effective and diplomatic communicator and is responsible for exhibiting and promoting harmony across the team.
An experienced HR manager - CIPD qualified with pan-European experience.
