About Our Client

My client is a multi-national business based in West Bromwich

Due to the busy time of year my client is looking to recruit a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team during this exciting time of growth

Job Description

Roles and Duties:

  • Processing high volumes of invoices, inputting invoices on to an ERP system
  • Purchase Ledger - Scan documents onto PO system.
  • Matching, batching and coding invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Staff expenses
  • Maintaining petty cash for the company
  • managing all vendor queries
  • preparing invoices for payment via BACS
  • Operate internal controls - Invoice approvals

The Successful Applicant

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Purchase ledger experience within a high volume environment preferred
