Description :

Robert Half Office Team are recruiting for a part time (20 to 25 hours) temporary Administration Assistant, the hours can be flexible. The role has the potential to go permanent and the successful candidate must be immediately available to start or at least on a 1 week notice.

The key responsibilities for this role are:

· Dealing with enquires via phone and email

· Welcoming visitors

· Assisting with the scheduling of weekly staff (i.e. cleaners, cooks etc.)

· Managing files and filing

· Carry out other ad-hoc duties as directed T
