Our client, a global IT services provider based in Newbury, is looking for a Service Desk manager to oversee their IT support in line with SLA's.
The Service Desk Manager will be the main point of contact for clients and will ensure the delivery of IT support is in line with the SLA's.
The role will involve both account and client facing as well as managing a team of engineers both onsite and mobile.
- Experience in IT Service Delivery
- Strong account management skills.
- Excellent client and team management skills
- Ability to make your own decisions and take full responsibility for them
- Comfortable working to Agile methodology in a fast paced environment
Our client is an MSP with offices around the world. They are based in Newbury with good public transport links and on-site parking.
Salary & Benefits
The salary for the service delivery manager will be up to £50,000 per annum with 25 days annual leave and onsite parking.
