Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently working for a globally recognised company based in Reading who are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger. This position will take primary responsibility for the purchase ledger function as well as providing support to their sister company.
Key Duties: - Purchase invoices/matching invoices to purchase invoices - Liaising with other departments to resolve purchase ledger related issues - Resolving any supplier queries - Account managing suppliers - Liaising with auditors & providing reports as required in a timely manner - Processing employee expenses
To be successful in this role, you will need to be: - Accurate, reliable & highly motivated - Strong interpersonal negotiation - Ability to work independently & take on new tasks - Ability to work under pressure & to tight pipelines The ideal candidate will come from a purchasing background, have experience with invoices & accounts are monitored & continuously strive to develop the personal role. Will be highly motivated & have a positive 'can do' attitude.
