JOB TITLE: Accounts Assistant

Robert Half finance and accounting have an exciting opportunity to join a large manufacturing company in Treorchy on a full time basis, the client is a fast growing company and there is every possibility of this assignment being extended.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties will include but are not restricted to:

  • Purchase Ledger, Coding manual purchase invoices
  • Expenses analysis
  • Sales Ledger
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Assisting with month end
  • Prepayments and Accruals
  • General Ledger reconciliations
  • Assisting with commission calculations and processes

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Advanced excel and analytical skills
  • Team player with a flexible and committed approach to work
  • Good attention to detail
  • Positive and assertive attitude
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally

HOURS OF WORK

The company's standard hours of work are 9.00am - 5.30pm with one hour for lunch. However due to the nature of the role there may be some flexibility required during month/quarter ends.
