Robert Half is currently looking for a Part Time Purchase Ledger to join a business based in Shirley
- Assisting in preparation of payments runs.
- Preparing and sending payment remittances to suppliers.
- Printing and distribution of purchase invoices in various systems.
- Dealing with Supplier queries as directed.
- Possible follow up of chasing information if support needed.
- Helping to manage pro-forma payment requests and smartsheet
- Filing of purchase ledger documentation.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required to help support purchase ledger team in the admin burden of the day to day.
- £20k pro rata - 20/25 hours
- Parking on site
- Modern offices
