Account Coordinator and Administrator

Robert Half are currently working on a RETAINED basis supporting a local client who are specialist in the double-glazing sector.

As a privately-owned SME, Pure Windows have for 20 years supplied uPVC and aluminium products to housing associations, schools, developers, builders and window companies. Due to continued success and a drive to achieve better prices for their customers, the business has grown and become one of the most competitively priced supplier of uPVC products in the market.

This business growth means that Pure Windows are able to offer a fantastic opportunity for a driven Account Coordinator and Administrator to join their offices on the outskirts of Hedge End. This business support role will be essential to continue building their clients experience by identifying improvements across the business.

You will need to drive for this role as it involves some adhoc local travel.

Role:

  • Be the point of contact for all inbound after service client enquiries, offering problem solving and initiative
  • Support the office by directing client queries to relevant departments
  • With training, answer client queries eloquently with good understanding of service Pure Windows can provide
  • Using diary management, effectively arrange clients to receive calls with service managers
  • Maintain the company CRM system with all client information regarding enquires received
  • Take responsibility for all service calls being actioned and fully resolved
  • Use the outcome of all client service outcomes and use analysis techniques to identify area for improvement
  • Administer all improvement processes including dealing with suppliers, contacting installation managers and presenting facts in future client meetings

Profile:

You will be a tenacious individual who has previously worked in a customer care, account management or business support position.

  • You will have excellent telephone manner along with a conscientious, personable approach
  • Proven strong organisational and administration skills is essential
  • You must be able to work effectively under pressure and have excellent time management
  • Experience using a Client Management software
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in this role is key
  • Must have OWN TRANSPORT as this location is remote
  • Driven and ambitious with a keen eye for detail and ability to problem solve with the confidence to escalate and question when necessary

Salary and benefits:

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £18,000 to £25,000 DOE

Benefits: Free On-site Parking + 20 days plus Bank Holidays + Pension + Regular Salary Reviews

Location: Hedge End, SO30
