We are looking for a bright and fun Accounts Payable Clerk to join a world class business based in Surrey. This is a unique role so please continue to read to find out more.

The Role

The successful Accounts Payable clerk is likely to have a strong accounting background having worked in a transaction / AP role for the last couple of years. Graduates with some accounting experience could also be considered. .

Key responsibilities:

    • Managing Supplier Accounts and Staff Accounts
    • To ensure all relevant documentation related to payment of invoices is accurate
    • and attached, such as bank details and company address
    • To provide point of contact with suppliers who may have queries regarding
    • outstanding invoices and assist in resolving these queries
    • Matching and processing invoices
    • Processing payment runs
    • Reconciling supplier statements
    • Support Financial Controller and Assistant Accountant as required

Your Profile

The ideal Accounts Payable Clerk is likely to an experienced AP / PL Clerk with a fun, bubbly and outgoing personality.
