Description

OfficeTeam are currently recruiting for a temporary customer service officer for an established organisation in Swindon.

The ideal candidate should be immediately available.

The position is temporary for 6 months with the potential to go permanant.

The hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.

The company offers free parking.

Key Responsibilities:

. To assist customers with queries

. To esculate customer issues to team leaders

. To keep customer records up to date
