OfficeTeam are recruiting for a permanent Sales Order Administrator based in Trafford Park. This position is full time, paying £22,000.
Role - Sales Order Administrator - Trafford Park
Our client is recruiting for a Sales Order Processor, key duties will include:
- Handling all sales orders via email and phone.
- Entering orders into SAP
- Checking status with production to confirm delivery
- Organising delivery logistics
- Raising Sales Orders on SAP
- Reconciling bank statements
- Posting customer receipts
- Full admin for the sales quotation process
- Enter details for returns and raise credit notes
- Customer account enquiries
- Reception cover
This position is based on 40 hours per week, 8 am - 4.30pm, 30 Min's lunch.
As sales order administrator you will have exceptional attention to detail with fast and accurate data entry speeds, be extremely organised and able to self manage to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of SAP, although this is not essential.
Our client is a manufacturing company based in Trafford Park. Due to location a car is highly recommended
Salary & Benefits
As Sales Order Administrator you can expect to earn £22,000 per year. Free parking available.
