Finance ERP Manager

SALARY: £58,000-£65,000

LOCATION: Tring

COMPANY: An international and leading Health and wellbeing organisation

ROLE: As the Finance ERP manager you will be managing finance operational functions internally on the ERP system which is oracle backed Netsuite.

You will be primarily responsible for the oversight, implementation and configurations of international finance functions within the Netsuite ERP system.

The ideal candidate will be accountable for finance systems operations with respect to the international market, including responsibility for customisation and suggested streamlined processes to improve finance system efficiency. You will also work on design concepts with the internal technical team.

You will be involved with the System acceptance testing (SAT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) enduring effective change management procedures.

As the technical Finance ERP manager you will be able to exploit the Tableau BI allowing for maximum Return on investment for my client based in Tring.

This position acts as an expert within the field implementing change, driving new processes and cleaning the Finance ERP functions working with finance business partners on an ad hoc basis to set and drive forward finance strategy.

This is a hybrid role between IT and Finance

This is an important and strategic role within the business and acting as an advisor internally, ensuring data and process integrity and suggesting areas of system improvement, in line with business goals.

PERSON: You must possess a thorough understanding or NetSuite or a similar integrated ERP system

Relevant experience within a Finance environment and a thorough understanding of best practise operations within "AR, AP, Ledger, Invoicing, Sales orders, Forecasting, Purchasing, fulfilment and inventory management.

As the ideal candidate you will possess strong exposure to accounting solutions including expense tracking and multi-currency commissions, RMA Processes and Payroll

You must possess experience within a "software as a service" (SAAS) Environment

You will have the drive and determination to work in a dynamic responsive team, and passionate about delivering the best output possible.

You must be confident in developing consultative relationships with long term business plans in mind.

Ideally you will have a financing and accounting professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA)

You will be a strong communicator and collaborative worker focused on business process improvement.
