Robert Half Devon and Cornwall are delighted to be working with an established business based in Truro to bring in some additional support on the Purchase Ledger.
Our client is a growing business with a strong reputation throughout Cornwall. They are situated in modern offices just on the edge of Truro.
We are looking for a part time Purchase Ledger Clerk to support our client for 2 days per week (flexible on which days). Duties will include:
- Collecting invoices and preparing for processing
- Uploading invoices onto spreadsheets
- Monitoring the PL inbox
- Dealing with queries
- Other ad/hoc offices duties
The successful candidate will:
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be able to pick up and learn new ways of working quickly
- Be able to work under their own steam as well as collaborating within a small team
- Have the ability to adapt to a new working environment
In return for being to start in this position ASAP, you should expect an hourly rate of between £8.50 - £9.50 per hour plus holiday pay.
