This role would be based in Truro Innovation Centre and will be joining a fun and successful team.

The Role:

This is a full 360 recruitment role. You will be heavily involved in building new client relationships, managing key accounts, building up a strong candidate portfolio, pitching, negotiation of pricing, leading client meeting to discuss the best recruitment models, account managing, running marketing campaigns, leading recruitment processes and sales.
