OfficeTeam's client based in the Wakefield area are currently looking for a full time Administrator on a temporary basis.The successful candidate needs to be available for work immediately, as the position is to start as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities for this role would include the following:
* Call handling in a professional manner, transferring calls and taking messages accurately
* Providing admin support to the required department
* filing and data entry duties
* Dealing with confidential information, entering this accurately onto the in house system.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
* High level of organisation
* Hardworking and flexible
* Attention to detail and accurate
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must
Salary & Benefits
£7.30 per hour plus holiday pay
