Description

Robert Half are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a well-established business based in Wakefield . To be considered for this opportunity you must have previously worked within a Customer Service/Administration environment.

In this varied role you will be tasked with the following duties:

Offering a first class customer service experience to Customers of the business both over the phone and via email

  • Dealing with customer enquiries and orders in a timely manner
  • Creating customer accounts applying for credit limits via internal credit system
  • Processing customer orders, including sending acknowledgements, providing documentation to warehouse operative and invoicing sales to customers
  • Updating of progress sheets and liaison with customers & accounts re deliveries
  • Logging all potential sales enquiries and liaising with the sales team for follow up calls/action
  • Ensure sufficient levels of marketing material are kept in stock
  • Update computerised stock systems with correct information - including stock location, product codes/descriptions, lengths of pieces, product costs
  • Ensure all stock movements are recorded on the in house CRM system
  • Responsible for stationery, including ordering supplies
  • General administration

Requirements:

  • Must have previous Sales Administrator / Client/ customer service administration experience
  • Comfortable in communicating with customers both verbally and in writing
  • The ability to communicate confidently at all level is essential
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office packages - Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in delivering excellent customer service to a varied customer base
  • Must have an excellent eye for detail
  • Candidates must be interested in future career development and advancement

Salary £20,000 - £22,000k , plus free car parking and additional benefits
