OfficeTeam are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to work as a Patient Coordinator for a health care screening service based in the Wythenshawe area. This is a temp to Perm Opportunity, with an initial wage of £8.70 per hour, Rising to £9 per hour following probation.
Role - Customer Service Assistant
As Customer Service Assistant you will be responsible for responding to enquiries, through both email management and telephone calls. Key duties will include:
- Liaising with Patients, referrers and commissioning groups
- Booking and Coordinating clinics
- Preparing clinic lists
- Processing Clinical reports and images onto various systems
Full training will be given for this role.
As Customer Service Assistant you will be self managing and be able to work in a proactive manor. You will have a natural flare for delivering excellent customer service and be organised in your approach. You will have good IT skills and the ability to work between several systems at anyone time.
Our client is a health care screening company based in Wythenshawe. Free parking available.
Salary & Benefits
This is a temp to perm opportunity. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Starting salary of £8.70 per hour, rising to £9 an hour after probation
