Your leave
We all need time out. We offer generous leave provisions so you can maximise your work–life balance. In addition to your annual leave, we offer loyalty leave, shared parental leave and even sabbaticals.

Loyalty leave
You can earn an additional one day’s holiday for every five continuous year’s you work for us.

Maternity and paternity leave
Take up to 52 weeks’ statutory maternity leave to spend with your new child, which can be shared between parents. In addition we have enhanced pay for maternity leave at Robert Half.

Holiday purchase
Purchase up to an additional 7 full day’s holiday in additional to your current holiday entitlement to take extended breaks throughout the year.

Career breaks
After a certain length of continuous service, you can apply for an unpaid career break of up to three months.
