The Working Interview

As a part of all temporary placements, we can also offer the Working Interview to save you time and get your job filled as quickly as possible. This simple four-step process works like this:

Step 1

Following discussions with you about your requirements, Robert Half consultants will select the best candidate and send them to you for a Working Interview.

Step 2

During this Working Interview, they will work for a certain period of time (typically up to 8 hours) so you can assess factors such as their technical skills, work ethic, and how they fit within the team.

Step 3

You then provide your feedback to the Robert Half recruitment consultant and if you are satisfied with the candidate’s performance, they will remain on the temporary assignment with you.

Step 4

Robert Half offers a service guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, simply notify us within the first eight hours of the assignment and we’ll send you a replacement. You will not be charged for the unsatisfactory hours, however we will pay the candidate for the hours they have worked. This is our guarantee that we will get you the right person, first time.
